  4. Someone who just cashed their paycheck & is going shopping? A waitress or bartender who earns cash tips? Someone who recently received birthday or anniversary or graduation cash gifts? Should I go on ...?

  5. I doubt she earned $1,200 in tips in one shift. That is very unwise to carry that much cash around. A cashed paycheck should be deposited in the bank. Tips and cash gifts should be deposited in the bank. At least with a debit or credit card, it can be tracked and purchases can be denied. There's really no excuse.

  6. ha ha!! welcome to the new age where we blame the victim for having their money stolen. Maybe she just cashed her income tax check at the bank across the parking lot from the grocery store and was on her way to donate it to a food bank. Geesh.
